Scotts Hill Lions Split District Games

The Scotts Hill Lions went one and one this past week in the district. The week started out with a home game against Madison. The game started out in Scotts Hill’s favor, as they found some early offensive success. While their defense was not a shutdown caliber they did do enough to keep the lead at the end of the first, 18-14. In the second quarter, neither team could get going offensively. It would be the lowest scoring quarter on the night. The Lions were outscored in the second, 10-12, but they were able to keep the lead heading into halftime, 28-26.
