How wonderful is it to spend fifty-one years keeping people beautiful? Just ask Patsy Grissom, a favored beautician at The Final Touch on East Church Street in Lexington. Just when you think someone is a complete stranger, you find that you have known them all your life, and as she spoke I slipped back to my own childhood days, recalling so many people that she knew as the very essence of Lexington in the 1960’s and 70’s.  Grissom’s mother, Sue Montgomery, was in the kitchen at Caywood…
