How wonderful is it to spend fifty-one years keeping people beautiful? Just ask Patsy Grissom, a favored beautician at The Final Touch on East Church Street in Lexington. Just when you think someone is a complete stranger, you find that you have known them all your life, and as she spoke I slipped back to my own childhood days, recalling so many people that she knew as the very essence of Lexington in the 1960’s and 70’s.
