Scotts Hill Lady Lions Avenge Loss to Chester County

The Lady Lions, coming off a thriller of a game between Jackson Christian, took their talents to Henderson to take on Chester County. An ultra-low scoring first quarter saw the Lady Lions down by two, five to three. The second quarter made up for the vanishing offensive act in the first quarter. Scotts Hill was able to quickly overtake the slim Chester County lead and extended their own lead. They held a commanding 11-point lead heading into halftime, 28-17. While the offense came out strong in the third quarter, it took the defense a little while to get going for the Lady Lions, as Chester County nearly equaled what Scotts Hill put up. However, Chester County didn’t come close to catching up with Scotts Hill in the third, as the Lady Loins extended their lead to eleven points, 44-32.
